FD Sidekick Privacy Policy:

Our privacy policy is simple: All user app data is stored locally.  The FDsidekick application ("the app") has no mechanism for retrieving or transmitting your personal data.  No personal information shared with us will be given to any third party, under any circumstances, except when required by law.  Shared information will also never be used by us for any purpose except to improve the application, without specific permission.

The app engages in no ad targeting, data mining, or other activities that may compromise your privacy, and we do not affiliate ourselves with any third parties that do so.

FD Sidekick Terms of use:

The FDsidekick application ("the app") is free for individual use, including in a commercial setting.  The app provides no guarantee of performance and accepts no liability for potential errors.  All presented or parsed data shall be verified with the appropriate original source.  Use or distribution of the app by businesses is strictly prohibited.
